Honestly, it's very good and you don't realize while you're sleeping that you have a tape over your mouth because if you want to cough, you can still cough since the sides of the mouth are not closed. I was afraid of feeling suffocated, but not at all, and it even sticks well to a face where I applied moisturizer before going to bed. I was even able to peel off a part of it in the middle of the night to put my asthma spray in my mouth and then re-apply it, and it stayed on all night. It comes off easily even though it sticks very well, without hurting my skin.
